5. In a mixing bowl, add barley water, pear and ginger juice, yellow bell pepper juice, and fine salt. Mix together well.
6. Rinse the napa cabbages and arrange them in a container. Pour the juice mixture over the cabbages.
7. Cover and let rest in room temperature for about 1 to 2 days, then store in the refrigerator.
* Cooked rice can be used in place of cooked barley.
